Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. If you requested performance during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount proportionate to the services already performed.

For a paid service contract, the right expires after full performance if you expressly agreed before performance began and acknowledged that the right would expire upon complete performance.
